Network topology
is the study of the arrangement or mapping of the elements especially the physical (real) and logical (virtual) interconnections between nodes.
1.Ring Topology- A ring topology is a network topology or circuit arrangement in which each network device is attached along the same signal path to two other devices, forming a path in the shape of a ring.
2.Mesh Topology-the topology of a network whose components are all connected directly to every other component,A mesh network is a local area network (LAN) that employs one of two connection arrangements, full mesh
a star topology connects N devices in a completely symmetrical, peer-to-peer fashion. Each device in the star connects to a central node where all the wires directly join together. The star topology looks like a great way to interconnect a collection of remote devices, but a big problem exists.
4.Tree Topology- is a combination of the bus and the Star Topology. The tree like structure allows you to have many servers on the network and you can branch out the network in many ways.
